Overview

The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds is the first Zelda game made exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS. It is an indirect sequel to A Link to the Past with the same version of Hyrule but with new characters and gameplay elements. Unlike the series' tradition, many areas of the world are accessible from the beginning of the game and the dungeons can be visited in any order. Puzzles are encountered not only in dungeons but also in the open world, a part of them revolves around the game's 3D visual effect. The 3DS touch-screen display shows the world, dungeon or map depending on where you are.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds - Cheats & Secrets (3DS)
• No official cheat codes exist; here are real secrets, unlockables and pro tips.
• Master Sword Lv2: get the Master Sword, then gather 2,000 rupees so the Kakariko blacksmith (after reuniting him with his partner in Lorule) upgrades it.
• Master Sword Lv3: with Lv2 in hand, collect the 10 scattered pieces of master ore across Lorule to unlock the final upgrade.
• Nice glove upgrade: find the Tornado (Nice) gauntlet upgrade stones, including one in the Treacherous Tower, to boost your muscle power.
• Treacherous Tower: clear it without taking any damage from start to finish for special rewards, including upgrade items.
• StreetPass: enable StreetPass to exchange Shadow Links and recruit shadow soldiers that fight alongside you in battle.
• Tip: sell rare beetles to the bug-loving guy for easy rupees; rupee bowls around Hyrule replenish after some play time.
• Pro tip: rent items from Ravio instead of buying them until you have the upgraded Master Sword; only buy the items you actually rely on for bosses to save rupees.
