Overview
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time produced by Konami is a beat 'em up side scrolling game for up to two players. It's the fourth Turtles game, following Turtle 3: The Manhattan Project on Nintendo Entertainment System. It was released on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1992, but had been released earlier as an arcade game.

• Lives and level select code: on the title screen, press B, A, B, Y, then hold Up, Down, Left, Right and press Start. This well-documented code grants 10 extra lives and access to the level select menu.
• Final boss tip: against Shredder in the Techadrome, crouch with Down to dodge his blasts and strike when he finishes shooting.
• Charged attack trick: hold the attack button to throw enemies into others, very effective against crowds.
• In the Neon Night-Riders level, paddle quickly to the right to rack up more points and avoid obstacles.
• Against Bebop and Rocksteady in the prehistoric level, use the explosive barrels in the environment to hit them from a distance.
• Arcade difference: the Super Nintendo version adds exclusive stages (the Technodrome and a direct fight against Shredder) that are not in the arcade version.
