Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes
Overview
One player is trapped in a virtual room with a ticking time bomb they must defuse. The other players are the “Experts” who must give the instructions to defuse the bomb by deciphering the information found in the bomb defusal manual. But there’s a catch: the experts can’t see the bomb, so everyone will need to talk it out – fast!

Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes - Tips and Tricks
• This game has no cheat codes: it is built on cooperation between the player holding the bomb and the expert with the manual. Focus on clear communication.
• Agree on a common vocabulary before starting: for wires use colors and positions (top, bottom, left...), for buttons describe color and text.
• In the wires module, the rules change depending on the number of wires: count first and always check the bomb's serial number (vowels alter the rules in several modules).
• In the buttons module, color and label determine the action: 'Detonate' requires holding the button and releasing based on the color of the light strip.
• Use the remaining minutes and seconds as data: in buttons and other modules, the last digit of the seconds sometimes determines when to release.
• Team trick: have the expert read full instructions before the defuser touches anything; rushing causes mistakes that add penalty timers.
• Symbols and memory modules require exact order; in the memory module, write down the positions of each stage on paper instead of trying to memorize.
• Practice with the custom manual/mod settings available in most versions to train specific modules before attempting harder bombs.
